Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded and you may be responsible for covering the costs of returns to our UK or NL warehouse. Usual disclaimers apply (return it in the shape it came in, no funny business, and so on).
If you do post your product back to us for a refund or replacement, please use a tracked service and keep hold of your receipt. Our warehouses can take up to 14 days to process returns, so this may impact how long it takes to refund your order.
All products are covered by a two year warranty. If you believe your product is faulty, please reach out to us and we will try our best to support you. If it is indeed faulty you will be sent a replacement unit free of charge.

What if I want to cancel my order?
Our warehouses generally ship within 45 minutes, so cancelling an order may not always be possible but we will try our best. Please email hello@getcombustion.co.uk to cancel an order. Cancelled purchases will only be refunded to the original method of payment.
Please note, we reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our terms and conditions, and in these cases we will not refund the unrecoverable credit card processing fees of up to 4%.
What if I want to return my purchase?
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs and duties (if applicable) that we cannot recover. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
All that said, our 30 day rule is: if you’re unhappy with it, for whatever reason, we’ll take it back. No hard feelings.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Ideally, return it in its original packaging. Combustion Inc. will not accept returns nor issue refunds for:
- Items that have been modified, misused, or damaged;
- Items not purchased directly from Combustion Inc Europe or an authorized retailer.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@getcombustion.co.uk for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After an RMA is issued, you have fourteen (14) days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A note about exchange rates and cancellations or refunds
All of our sales and refunds are processed in GBP and you will be refunded the full amount you were charged originally in GBP based on the exchange rate at the time of the refund. As exchange rates constantly fluctuate, this may cause the final amount refunded to be slightly different than the original charge, meaning you may get slightly more money back than you originally paid, or slightly less.
